  • Provide the required personal and business information.

  • Get a quote for the service amount, which will be shown upfront.

  • Confirm the booking by making the full payment.

  • Receive confirmation via email with details of the appointment.

4. Fee Structure

  • The fees for each service will be displayed at the time of booking.

  • All fees are subject to applicable taxes.

  • Payment must be made upfront to confirm the booking.

  • Special discounts may apply for member-exclusive services and bulk bookings.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made securely through credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or other available payment gateways.

  • Aroon Fintech does not store any payment information.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling:

  • You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability of slots.

Cancellation:

  • Cancellations are not allowed within 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours.

Process for Cancellation:

  • To cancel a booking, visit the "Manage Booking" section on our website and follow the instructions.

7. No-Show and Meeting Disruptions Policy
Client Responsibilities:

  • Ensure you have a proper setup before the meeting.

  • Maintain a stable internet connection during the session.

  • If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the booking fee will be forfeited.

Advisor-End Disruptions:

  • If any mishap or internet disruption occurs from the advisor's end after 20 minutes of the meeting start time, no refund will be provided.

8. Confidentiality
Aroon Ultimate Global values your privacy and ensures that all information shared during consultancy sessions remains confidential. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy available on the website.

9. Limitation of Liability
Aroon Ultimate Global provides advisory services based on information provided by the client and market conditions at the time. Clients are responsible for:
